"Ilona Wendt - Tanzstudio B" is hereinafter referred to as "Tanzstudio B" for short.

Any establishment of contact means, within the framework of the statutory provisions, that dance studio B processes and uses the contact information required for inquiries in accordance with Article 6 GDPR for its own purposes.

Disclosure to third parties for advertising, opinion polls and market research is excluded.

Newsletters are only sent if the person making the request or, in the case of persons under the age of 16, a legal guardian, explicitly causes this, e.g. by selecting a corresponding option in the contact form.

The web space provider of Tanzstudio B collects data about every access to this offer (so-called server log files), in particular:

Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser software and browser version and the user's operating system.

These log data are only stored for a limited time and only used by dance studio B for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. Insofar as data subjects cause this in writing within the scope of the rights given to them, the dance studio B will correct, limit, provide information about this or provide it on request and delete it on request, unless data need to be retained due to other legal concerns.

Tanzstudio B asks affected persons to clarify possible violations by mutual agreement before they complain to the responsible data protection supervisory authority within the framework of the given law.
