You are no longer a beginner. The exact sequence of exercise 1 is the best basis to build on. Continuity successfully takes you to the next level.Level 3 + 4: for beginners with previous knowledge - intermediate level.

Learning the pointe dance from the beginning,Good previous knowledge of ballet is required.
Students in pointe dance need a body that is well trained in classical dance, harmonious, powerful, stable arm and foot work and a desire for accuracy with an understanding of practical, harmonious classical movement sequences up to small pointe dance variations. The pointe dance course can only be booked in connection with the Ballet Ex I & bar 19:00 - 20:30 running before. They are counted as 2 individual appointments.Teacher: Ilona
