Our ballet courses

teach the Russian Vaganova dance technique and are aimed at everyone who wants to find a healthy and energetic training in classical dance under professional guidance. Continuous training opens the senses and shows signs of success. Our courses serve as an "anchor" and help us to refocus. Our dance courses are mixed classes, for teenagers and adults:

  • pure beginners / basic 1
  • Beginners with previous knowledge / basic 2 + 3
  • Intermediate / basic 3 + 4
  • profi / basic 4 + 5
Below is a brief explanation of the dance steps.

Levels

Our course classes are divided into levels.

Level 1 / basic 1 / preliminary level, pure beginners / with little or no previous knowledge of dance or a long break

  • Level 2 / Basic 2 / Basic level, beginners with previous knowledge / at least 1 year of regular dance training

  • Level 3 / Basic 3 / Ballet Basic Level 2 + 3 Beginners with previous knowledge / at least 2 years of regular dance training

  • Level 4 / ballet / good previous knowledge, at least 2 years of regular dance training

  • Level 5 / ballet / dancer training / professional / long-term regular dance training / and professional dance education

Ballet at noon

Ilona's training makes you flexible and healthy, for every day. This exercise improves strength, stretching and coordination. Through concentration and flowing breath, one finds new attention to body lines ... from the head over the entire body, right down to the tips of the toes. Optimum activation of the muscles and tendons, a strong and alert back, this is how you start the day fresh. / Here please with prior knowledge - intermediate - professional

The floor exercise 1

It's a basic body workout with a special concept. Below are the most important points.

A learned, healthy and attentive dance training takes into account:

  • the level of your own body
  • conscious perception and acceptance of one's own anatomy
  • also includes the daily circumstances
  • but the magic word is
... CONTINUITY ...
  • it's like brushing your teeth attentively every day and meditating at the same time.

Stage 1: for pure beginners

20:00 - 21:30 Ballet Ex I

Learning the BALLET EXERCISE 1 / the floor training I creates a good basis for all dance styles. Strength, coordination, stretching and harmony in your own body are learned step by step in a short time. The regularly recurring beginner weekend workshops are a helpful addition and will take you to the next level.

Level 2: for beginners & beginners with prior knowledge.

12:00 - 13:30 Ballet Ex I & Middle

You are no longer a beginner. The exact sequence of Exercise 1 is the best basis to build on. Continuity successfully takes you to the next level.

Level 3 + 4: for beginners with previous knowledge - intermediate level.

Continuous training takes you further, you penetrate the world of dance, learn steps and combinations, get deeper into the correct processes, gradually gain a feeling for the artistic, radiant power. You get more and more understanding, look with new attention to a clear dance technique. Step by step you develop a healthy, musical and elegant dance performance.

Ballet Exercise II from medium

This concentrated dance training is not suitable for beginners.

The Intensive Ballet Exercise II is a further floor work, building on and supplementing the BALLET EXERCISE I.

To quiet, but energetic, non-classical music, for students who already have previous knowledge of classical and modern dance and want to perfect and visibly feel their dancing ease with this concentrated, gripping two-hour training session.

Pointe

Learning the pointe dance from the beginning,

Good previous knowledge of ballet is required.

Students in pointe dance need a body that is well trained in classical dance, harmonious, powerful, stable arm and foot work and a desire for accuracy with an understanding of practical harmonious classical movement sequences up to small pointe dance variations.

The pointe dance course can only be booked in connection with the Ballet Ex I & Pole 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. that is running before it. They are counted as 2 individual appointments.

Contemporary Ballet

This course integrates contemporary elements of contraction, twisting in and out, spirals and more. The most diverse organic modern approaches flow into the basic movements of ballet. It aims to make dancers listen to their inner and outer body space.
