The workshop offers warm-up exercises for the body based on imagination, looking for sensations that evoke movement. We will start from the idea of being moved rather than moving. We will approach the technical elements of contemporary dance both on the floor and vertically, which we will then use to improvise to explore each movement. Let's dance with music and body.

Just dance and your soul will carry us away. ... Our targeted warm-up training consists of slow and thorough work on the bar, followed by simple exercises in the room. The focus is always on strong, powerful, efficient and correct yet hard footwork in conjunction with a clear use of the classic movement sequences learned so far. The small allegro included, also small dance pas courus and classical poses... Attentive, precise, harmonious arm and head work, all of this is part of it. Great music and technically simple dance sequences come together to form a little dance etude and make the soul dream. Price example:

A dialogue of inner and outer perception. Yurie uses various techniques from ballet, modern, hip hop and jazz dance fusion. The warm-up is a dialogue of internal and external perception between various body movements and the music. We stretch and train the feet and legs as well as the spine. Every movement uses breathing and the whole body. At the end of the course we express the complex work developed during the lesson in a beautiful choreography. Let's dance with music and body. ... They envelop the muscles and are sensitive to pain .... these fascia can harden and become matted. You can hardly see them, which is why they were able to hide for so long. It is only recently that people have been tracking down the fascia. We now know... Fascia can pinch nerves or press on nerves, causing severe pain.
